استقبل اليوم وزير الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية بالخارج، السيد رمطان لعمامرة، المبعوث الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة إلى الصحراء الغربية، السيد ستافان دي ميستورا، الذي يقوم بزيارة إلى الجزائر

وخلال اللقاء الذي تم بحضور السفير عمار بلاني، المبعوث الخاص المكلف بقضية الصحراء الغربية وبلدان المغرب العربي، ناقش الطرفان آخر التطورات السياسية المتعلقة بالقضية الصحراوية وآفاق تعزيز الجهود الأممية لاستئناف المفاوضات المباشرة بين طرفي النزاع، المملكة المغربية وجبهة البوليساريو، بهدف التوصل إلى حل سياسي عادل ودائم ومقبول من الطرفين يضمن تمكين الشعب الصحراوي من ممارسة حقه غير القابل للتصرف أو التقادم في تقرير     مصيره وفقا لقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة وعقيدتها في مجال تصفية الاستعمار

On Monday, September 5th, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Mr. Ramtane Lamamra received the UN Secretary-General Special Envoy the for Western Sahara, Mr. Staffan de Mistura, who is on a visit to Algeria.

This meeting took place in presence of Ambassador Ammar Blani, Special Envoy for the Western Sahara and Maghreb countries.

During this meeting, the two sides reviewed the latest political developments related to the Saharawi issue and prospects for strengthening international efforts in order to resume direct negotiations between the two parties to the conflict, namely the Kingdom of Morocco and the Polisario Front, with the aim of reaching a just, lasting and mutually accepted political solution by both parties, guaranteeing to the Sahrawi people the exercise of its inalienable and imprescriptible right to self-determination, in accordance with relevant United Nations resolutions and its doctrine on decolonisation.
