Algeria made an oral presentation this morning to the International Court of Justice on the effects of the policies and practices of the Israeli occupation in the Palestinian territories, where it shed light on the tragic situation in Palestine, especially the Gaza Strip, and demanded the court to recognize the illegality of the occupation and put an end to it. Directed by the President of the Republic, Algeria actively engaged in every phase of the consultative process, providing a written presentation and comments on the presentations of the other States.
