ألقت السفيرة سليمة عبد الحق الممثلة الدائمة للجزائر بمنظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية بلاهاي خطابا باسم الجزائر ، في المؤتمر الاستعراضي الخامس للمعاهدة حول حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية .
وخلال مداخلتها ، أبرزت ممثلة الجزائر الدائمة لدى المنظمة تجربة الجزائر الرائدة في تنفيذ اهداف المعاهدة ومساهمتها في إثراء نشاطات هياكلها علاوة على دورها في مجال تعزيز القدرات على المستوى الإفريقي .
كما سلطت السيدة السفيرة الضوء على الحدث الموازي الذي نظمه الوفد الجزائري والذي عرف إقبالا منقطع النظير ، حيث عكف خبراء جزائريون على شرح مهام اللجنة الوطنية و برامجها للتعاون مثل تلك الإرشادية لصالح ممثلي النيجر و بوركينا فاصو ومالي و الدورات التكوينية التي نظمتها لصالح خبراء أفارقة. في هذا الصدد، كما اعلنت السيدة السفيرة عن تنظيم ندوة “كيماكس افريقيا” بالجزائر العاصمة في الفترة الممتدة من 23 سبتمبر إلى 04 أكتوبر 2023.
وأخيرا كشفت الممثلة الدائمة الجزائر على توقيع مذكرتي تفاهم تخص برناج توأمة بين المعهد الوطني لادلة الجنائية و علم الاجرام و المعهد الالماني للبحث في تكنولوجيات الحماية و الحماية ضد الأسلحة النووية والبيولوجية والكيميائية.

Ambassador Salima Abdelhak, Permanent Representative of Algeria to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague, delivered a statement on behalf of Algeria at the Fifth Review Conference of the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
Algeria’s permanent representative to the OPCW stressed Algeria’s pioneering experience in implementing the objectives of the Convention and its contribution to OPCW activities on capacity building in Africa
She also highlighted the side event convened by the Algerian delegation, which attracted a record attendance . During this event , Algerian experts explained the missions of the National Committee and showcased its programs for cooperation with the collaboration of OPCW ST particularly the mentorship program for representative of Niger, Burkina Fasso and Mali, as well as the training courses for African experts. In this regard, Ambassador recalled the organisation of the “CHEMEX Africa” in Algiers from 23 September to 04 October 2023.
Finally, the Permanent Representative of Algeria unveiled the signing of two memorandums of understanding regarding a twinning program between the National Institute of criminalistics and Criminology and the German Institute for Research in Technologies Protection and protection against nuclear, biological and chemical weapons.
