The National Institute of Criminalistics and Criminology participated in the side event convened by Algeria on the occasion of the participation of an important delegation in the works of the Fifth Review Conference of the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, taking place in The Hague.

A representative of the Institute showcased the tasks and scope of work of this scientific institution and ans its capabilities in terms of latest scientific tools applications and analysis , especially the use of chemistry in the scope of their work. This presentation aroused wide interest among the attendees, including diplomats and experts of different nationalities, especially with regard to cooperation and exchange of expertise
