The ceremony was inaugurated by a highly meaningful, relevant and truthful speech of HE. Ambassador Vusimuzi Philemon Madonsela, embedding father Nelson Mandela famous saying “THE HONOR BELONGS TO THE ONES THAT NEVER GIVE UP THE TRUTH, EVEN WHEN THINGS SEEM DARK AND AUSTERE”.’
