LEGALIZATION AND MISCELLANEOUS DOCUMENTS

Proxy:

For the establishment of a power of attorney, the presence of the applicant, with his Algerian passport or his valid Algerian identity card is mandatory (download the form).

Legalization of signature

The legalization affixed to a document consists of the material certification of the signature of an adult national.

The presence of the applicant with his/her Algerian passport or valid Algerian identity card is mandatory.

Authorization of legal representative:

The legal representative authorization form (downloadable from the following link)

Minor children, from separated or divorced couples, of whom the mother has custody, are exempt from paternal travel authorisation.

The mother will present when leaving Algerian territory:

  • The child’s birth certificate or any other document justifying the family relationship with the child.
  • A residence permit abroad.
  • A copy of the divorce decree granting custody of the child.
  • Proof of legal residence of the child abroad.

 

 

 

Note:

In case of difficulty in establishing a paternal travel authorization for a minor, arising from a parental dispute, it is necessary to go to the social service to submit the case, and to examine other means of appeal.
